The Job and You...
You will report directly to the GM and Restaurant Manager, with key responsibilities including:-
·Having control over the day-to-day high quality, award winning restaurant operation.
·Monitoring bookings and ensuring guest expectations are both met and exceeded.
·Staff recruitment, development and training.
·Be hands on, proactive and a public face of the restaurant.
The role would be ideal for an ambitious head waiter, assistant manager or supervisor, looking to take the next step in their career and continue their learning and development. Ideally candidates should have experience in a high quality, fine dining restaurant setting either in a hotel or standalone restaurant.
Due to property location candidates would be advised to have access to their own transport.
