The Hotel
Set in tranquil surroundings, this restaurant is a fantastic getaway, providing guests with an ethereal eating experience using the very freshest produce to create stunning dishes in amazing surroundings.
With captivating views in a quiet location, the hotel is a destination for foodies who want to try locally sourced food that has been expertly cooked. The restaurant currently holds 3AA Rosettes and would love to add further accolades when possible.

The Job
The job will involve working alongside the current team & taking responsibility for helping manage the running of the Hotel. The individual who is ready for this opportunity will take ownership in all areas of the hotel and any successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar environment possibly ready for that next move into a more senior management role. You must have a strong desire to work in a small country house hotel away from the hustle and bustle of  city/town life where personal service means everything. You must be computer literate and be fluent in both spoken and written English.
This restaurant is geared towards using the best of Scotland's natural larder, arguably the best in the world, to create incredible dishes to show the best of the ingredients and what you can do. The successful applicant should have relevant experience in a high-quality kitchen.
This is an opportunity for an Assistant Manager who is looking to join a strong team, willing to learn and fulfil their potential as the whole team pushes for further accolades. Due to the location of the Hotel, this may suit someone who drives with access to their own transport.

The Benefits
