This stunning property has been lovingly maintained and refurbished. It’s set in a truly glorious location off the west coast of Scotland. The operation has long garnered an outstanding reputation for its F&B. Some of the many accolades include the continued awarding of 3 AA Rosettes, as well as countless awards and high-ranking listings.
The Job and You...
You are a genuine ‘people person’ with bundles of enthusiasm and passion for guest service. Your professional experience in a fine dining establishment along with ambition makes you a great fit for the ambitious team that is striving to gain a Michelin star. You have a good understanding of 5-star service and have good food and wine knowledge. Your excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve make you a good leader and role model.
You will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and senior hotel management, with key responsibilities including: -

Having control over the high quality, award-winning restaurant operation.
Monitoring bookings and ensuring guest expectations are both met and exceeded.
Staff recruitment, development and training.
Be hands-on, proactive and a public face of the restaurant.

The role would be ideal for an ambitious Head Waiter, Assistant Manager or Supervisor, looking to take the next step in their career and continue their learning and development. Ideally, candidates should have experience in a high quality, fine dining restaurant setting either in a hotel or standalone restaurant.
Due to property location candidates would be advised to have access to their own transport.
