Breakfast Chef - Falkirk - Rosette Hotel

Get your Sunny Side Up on with this Breakfast Chef Roll (get it? – Okay, I’ll stop…I just got egg-cited) at a brilliant hotel in Falkirk.
This role will involve cooking fresh food to order in a fast-paced environment. The focus is on quality, so this will require someone organised in order to maintain high standards when service gets busy. The shift pattern 6 am until 3 pm, 5 days over 7.
Breakfast service finishes around 11 am & the rest of the shift will be spent preparing for service for the main kitchen and for the next day. You will be expected to be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You will also work alongside the Head Chef & Executive Chef with regards to quality control and orders.
You should have at least 2 years experience of working in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen in order to be successful in this establishment. This could be as a Breakfast Chef or as a Chef de Partie. You should ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery & hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate.
