The Role
 
The role will involve cooking from scratch and to order quality breakfasts for all the hotels guests, including a breakfast buffet and some plated items. The hotel prides itself in using great ingredients to provide guests with the best possible start to their day, with breakfast setting the guests up perfectly for the day ahead.
 
The responsibilities involved with the job will include setting up and cooking breakfasts to order, the focus must always be on the best quality. The job will run from 6am until mid afternoon and will involve helping other sections of the kitchen set up for service and food preparation for the day ahead. The candidate will also need to be organised in order to ensure a smooth service everyday and will involve ordering items for breakfast and ensuring high levels of cleanliness are adhered to.
 
The ideal candidate is expected to have a full knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH and qualified to at least S/NVQ level 2.
 
Due to the location of the hotel, this role may suit someone with access to their own transport.
