The Destination…
Located against the backdrop of the glorious Highland landscape, the estate offers a variety of accommodation for guests, whether it be a peaceful getaway for two or exclusive use of the lodge, house or cottages.  A dream for the outdoor sportsperson, it is renowned for the variety of shooting and fishing activities available.
The Job and You...
You will report directly to the club director and estate proprietors, with key responsibilities including:-

General butler duties,
Servicing at the table –silver service
Drinks preparation and service – knowledge of wines, spirits and classic cocktails
Managing and maintaining every aspect of silverware, glassware and cutlery, as well as table setting
Valet duties including footwear and gentlemen’s items
Guest queries and issues

 
As Butler, you will be required to work alongside all other members of the estate team in both a professional, polite and friendly manner. As an individual, you should have an immaculate appearance and excellent communication skills, with an ability to adapt to guests from different backgrounds. Very much a hands-on role but with discretion required at all times.
To be considered, prospective Butlers must have experience and knowledge of working within a private household, estate or luxury hotel setting.
Due to the idyllic yet rural location of property, candidates would be advised to have access to their own transport, although not essential. Accommodation is provided within the estate. Working week is 5/7 days, approx. 50 hours per week, business dependant.
