Stafffinders are delighted to be working on a vacancy for one of Glasgow's finest establishments. 

At the forefront of the Glasgow food scene for the last 25 years , this Glasgow venue is a favourite amongst foodies. 
They focus on the creating vibrant and exotic dishes themed on favourites from around the globe, while using the locally sourced scottish produce. 

The ideal candidate will have minimum two years experiance working in a 1 or 2 rosette venue. 

Responsibilities are varied day to day and include : 
Take resposability for the section that you are assigned to and ensure that you prepare and cook all dishes to the highest standard. 
Be a proactive member of the team and work positively with the front of house teams
Follow all health and safety and hygiene procedures 
being involved in the menu planning, taking onboard seasonality and sustainability of ingredients 

The Successful applicant will ideally possess : 

A minimum of two years previous experiance in a similar style operation with the emphasis on quality and innovative dishes
A genuine passion for food along with a keen eye for detail and presentaition 
You will thrive working in a fast paced, fun enviroment and be able to work well under pressure
