Stafffinders are delighted to be working with one of Perthshire’s busiest hotels to find an ambitious Chef de Partie.
The Hotel
Nestled in the heart of rural Perthshire, and a stone’s throw from the world-famous Gleneagles golf courses, inspired by the opulence of its rich past as a baronial hunting venue, today, it has been reimagined for the modern traveller
Popular with tourists, locals & as a hub for people passing by on their way North or South this hotel is busy year round, but has peak season from March to the beginning of November. At the heart of Scotland and the perfect base for striking out in the beautiful Perthshire countryside or enjoying the world-renowned Gleneagles resort, you’ll find us just a short drive from Scotland’s arterial A9, halfway between Perth and Stirling.
The Job
As Chef de Partie, you’ll oversee a section of the kitchen and be expected to hold your own during service. You’ll be well supported by the Executive Head Chef & be given training to make you an even better chef than you already are.
Ideally, you’ll already be a Chef de Partie in a similar establishment – though Commis Chefs will be considered for the job if you are ready and willing to progress.
You should ideally have your food hygiene certificate & food allergy certificate, but if you don’t this is something we can help you with.
Salary & Benefits
The Chef de Partie job is available on a £21,500pa salary.
