I am currently looking for a Chef de Partie who would like to take his career to a new level. You would be working in a very small team for a Rosette awarded chef just outside of Edinburgh. You love fresh food – you will be the one in charge of making from scratch and plating all of the dishes. Kitchen can get busy – but who doesn’t like adrenaline? This is a very hand’s on role, and you won’t be scared of folding up your sleeves and pushing. Being in control it’s all that matters.
In return, you will be getting a salary of £24 000 to £25 000 per annum plus gratuities.
