Are you looking for something a little bit different? How about working in a great restaurant with fresh food, great pay & top banter? Stafffinders are looking for a Chef de Partie for an exciting hotel on the Isle of Arran. The job is working within the seafood and grill restaurant, you’ll need to be strong on all sections, well organised and be willing to work hard to make service as smooth as possible.
The hotel has picked up loads of awards and is always going for more, always going forward and provides diners with a fresh, locally sourced cuisine that is unrivalled in the area. The successful Chef de Partie will be able to multitask, be able to work under pressure and be able to train, motivate and inspire junior chefs in the brigade. The hotel has 3 different restaurants and so there is room to accommodate different cooking styles.
You will need experience in a high quality hotel at Chef de Partie level, you must be passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to guests. You must be organised, a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and be used to working in a fast-paced environment. You should be a key personality in the kitchen, if you like to whistle a wee tune when cleaning down, you won’t go far wrong here. If you want to give yourself a cool nickname, that’s fine too.
