Stafffinders are recruiting for a talented, up-and-coming Chef de Partie for a stunning property in the Scottish Highlands. This restaurant has a deserved reputation as one of the best in the country & is a marvellous place to learn new skills, show your talents & push your boundaries.

The Position
You’ll be working with local produce where possible, including produce grown in the gardens. You’ll be working with seasonal produce and developing the menu as the season goes on. It would be an advantage if you can drive & have access to your own transport, but it is not essential.
About You
You should have experience in working with chocolate & working with sugar, and generally be able to hold your own on any section. You should have a working knowledge of what’s in season and a great willingness to constantly push yourself to new heights.
You should be driven, focused & determined to push on in your career. Previous experience in a 2 Rosette awarded kitchen would be a great advantage, but people with the right skill-set & attitude will also be considered.
