Stafffinders are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Scotland’s best wedding venues for 4 talented and driven Chef de Parties for a one off event. The restaurant has a real focus on using fresh, locally sourced produce to provide guests with high quality, imaginative cuisine. This will be no different and prepared to a high standard.
The role will involve preparation of various ingredients around the kitchen and setting up a corner in a timely manner and preparing the menu to the standard the chef expects. The restaurant holds one rosette so rosette experience would be beneficial.
The job will involve working alongside the current brigade, taking responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen. The successful candidate must be able to work well as part of a team and on their own initiative. You should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie & hold a current food hygiene certificate. Ideally you will also be qualified to NVQ level 3 in cookery.

Due to the location of the restaurant, this role may suit someone with access to their own transport.
