Stafffinders are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Scotland’s premiere luxury hotels for a dynamic, enthusiastic Chef de Partie. Nestled in the glens, lochs and mountains, this wonderful hotel provides guests with a serene atmosphere and customer focused impeccable service.
 
The role will involve preparation of various ingredients around the kitchen, setting up a corner in a timely manner and sharing your experience with junior chefs in the brigade. The hotel prides itself in using locally sourced ingredients to provide guests a remarkable, world class dining experience. A minimum of 2 years experience in at least a 2/3 rosette kitchen would be required for this role. The ideal candidate is expected to have a full knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH and qualified to at least S/NVQ level 2. 
 
A highly competitive salary package is available along with meals on duty and uniforms. Live-in accommodation may be available.
 
Due to the location of the hotel, this role may suit someone with access to their own transport.
