Are you a Chef de Partie looking for a new experience? Are you interested in creating food that stays true to its roots using the best local produce available? Then Stafffinders has a phenomenal job available for you.
The Job
The role will involve being a key member of the kitchen operation and its day to day running, including training of junior chefs and maintaining a designated section of the kitchen. You will need to give 100% to every dish that leaves the kitchen. 
If there is any training you feel you need to further your skills, the Head Chef has great food knowledge and is on hand to show you everything you need to know. You'll also get the opportunity to work with the Regional Executive Chef who has worked in some of the best restaurants & hotels in the world.
The Hotel
There is a steady flow of weddings and functions, given the areas natural beauty, it is an ideal location for such events, and the food should always be a big talking point.
Experience
You should have a genuine love of food. You should be able to motivate yourself and be confident in your abilities. Having experience working in a rosette awarded kitchen may be an advantage, but is not essential, as attitude, willingness to learn and teamwork are more valuable.
