The Restaurant
 
Set in tranquil surroundings, this restaurant is a fantastic getaway in Stirlingshire, providing guests with an ethereal eating experience using the very freshest produce to create stunning dishes in amazing surroundings.
 
The Head Chef is one of the very best in the country, having worked in some phenomenal restaurants & won a Michelin Star of his own. He has trained some great chefs and keeps the standards high, you’ll benefit from his wealth of knowledge and skills.
 
The kitchen is overseen by Chez Roux, and Chef Albert Roux is a frequent visitor to the hotel, you’ll have the chance to exhibit your skills and what you’re learning in front of one of the best culinary minds ever.
 
The Job
 
The Chef de Partie role will involve working alongside the current brigade & taking responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen. There will be a strong emphasis on seasonality, sustainability & imaginative cuisine, with an a la carte offering and up to 8-course tasting menus, you'll master the art of getting the maximum flavour out of everything you use.
 
This restaurant is geared towards using Scotland's natural larder, arguably the best in the world, to create incredible dishes to show the best of the ingredients and what you can do. The successful applicant should have relevant experience in a high-quality kitchen.
 
This is an opportunity for a Commis Chef, Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie, with a background in professional kitchens, who are looking to join a strong team, willing to learn and fulfil their potential as the brigade pushes for further accolades.
 
Due to the location of the restaurant, this may suit people who drive & have access to their own transport, though accommodation may be available.
 
The Benefits
 
The salary for this Chef de Partie role is up to £24,500pa plus a share of tips. You’ll also get meals on duty and be provided with a uniform.
