Stafffinders are recruiting on behalf of one of Scotland’s most luxurious hotels for a Demi Chef de Partie. Set in exquisite surroundings in the lower Scottish Highlands, this hotel is hidden getaway, providing guests with an ethereal eating experience using the very freshest produce to create stunning dishes.

The Job
The job will involve working alongside the current brigade & taking responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen. There will be a strong emphasis on creativity and flair along with a strong work ethic.
Attitude is absolutely paramount & being able to focus on flavour is a massive part of this job. You’ll be working with a phenomenal Head Chef & you will learn a lot in this kitchen about produce & presentation.
A Bit About You
To fit in to this team, you must be willing to learn and fulfil your potential as the brigade pushes for further accolades. You should have relevant experience in a 2AA Rosette, or higher, awarded kitchen, and have been working at Commis - Chef de Partie level for over a year. You should have a full knowledge and understanding of all relevant Health & Safety criteria.
