Deputy catering & Events Manager

This is a great opportunity to take a lead role within a newly formed team that has exciting times ahead for growth & opportunity. You will be supporting the Lead Manager with large and small events, day to day catering and large volume catering and hospitality. 
This is a varied role that offers a massive challenge due to the nature of growth within the business that has been identified. You will be a self-starter with a passion for driving a business forward and training and supporting team members. Many of the events will be high end and you will have the opportunity to manage varying sized events and private dinners aswell as managing a varied staff team from small to very large depending on the weekly events. Your responsibilities will be varied from dealing with suppliers, working with the Chef on menu design, training and supporting staff and working with the Lead Manager on driving revenue and profits.
This is an opportunity to join an established business at a growth stage and take on a role that is likely to grow in responsibility over the coming years. You will be working in a newly created team in a fun, lively atmosphere. This role would suit someone who enjoys working to a high standard and a high pace and volume. You will be experienced in F&B management and ideally have experience in events management.
