Situated in a rural yet stunningly, idyllic location, this fantastic hotel is renowned for the service and personal attention their guests receive, with a great number returning year-on-year.
The Job...
You will work alongside the Hotel’s General Manager and proprietors and will assist in the full control of all areas of guest services. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to; overseeing the smooth day-to-day service in the fine dining, multi rosette restaurant; monitoring bookings, both accommodation and F&B; ensuring guest expectations are both met and exceeded; staff recruitment, development and mentoring.
This fabulous opportunity would be ideal for an existing Duty Manager or Head of Department, looking to take the next step up in their career. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills and be presented immaculately. Ability to deal with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds is essential, as is the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. You should have experience working in the luxury sector, ideally country house style.
Due to property location, candidates would be advised to have access to their own transport and would certainly suit someone who loves the tranquil, Scottish outdoors.
