The Deputy Manager will lead an already talented team of 25-30 to deliver exceptional service in a luxury but relaxed environment. You should have excellent leadership qualities, high standards of customer service, and a positive attitude and method of working. This will allow you to create an outstanding environment for your enthusiastic team to learn, develop and enjoy coming to work every day. The Deputy Manager will have passion and pride for the products/services your guests receive, and this will in turn be reflected in an outstanding level of guest satisfaction.
As the Deputy Manager you will form part of the site management team and support the General Manager with the day to day management of the venue. To be considered for this position you should be able to demonstrate a strong background managing within the hospitality/leisure sector (3-4 years).  You should have a comprehensive knowledge of sales development alongside experience of budget/financial planning, be up-to-date with legislation and regulations, including food hygiene, health and safety and licensing. What is vital is having a confident approach and the talent to get the best out of people.
