We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and guest focused Front of House Duty Manager to work at one of Inverness’ premier luxury hotels.

The Hotel

The Job
As Front of House Duty Manager, you will report directly to the Hotel General Manager and your focus will be on F&B and Guest Services. Client satisfaction is paramount, with staff development and mentoring also vital, to both meet and exceed the guest expectations.
This is very much a hands-on, customer-focused job and is not for someone looking to be office bound.
You will be the “face of the hotel” so a smart and professional appearance is paramount, duties include dealing with customers, including complaints and requests. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the business. You’ll most certainly be required to have a positive impact on all guests, creating a memorable experience. Your communication and leadership skills make you a strong leader that works well in a team. Your organisational and planning skills will be put to good use, you will be responsible for the staff rota, task delegating and liaising with other departments. You will very much be an “all-rounder”.

About You
The role would be ideal for an ambitious Supervisor or Head of Department, looking to take the next step in their career and continue their learning and development. Existing Assistant, Front of House and Duty Managers will very much be considered also. Ideally, candidates should have 4-star plus experience, with a passion for high-quality food and beverage service.
