Food and Beverage Duty Manager

Stafffinders are looking for an exciting and ambitious professional for a luxury hotel in the Scottish Highlands. The hotel has truly breathtaking views and offers a unique experience for all who visit. We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join the restaurant team as the hotel pushes for further accolades.
In this role, you will be working alongside a very professional team delivering world-class service and taking full control of the restaurant’s food and beverage service and stock control.
You will have to be organised in this role, liaising with the hotel’s management team and the front of house team to ensure you are prepared for all guests. You will also need to have a great knowledge of food and wine. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the best hospitality professionals.
The restaurant holds 3AA Rosettes and is looking to gain further accolades, but first & foremost, your focus is on world-class service for the customers, not the guides, the accolades will come with progress and consistency.
This position comes with a salary of £22,00 per annum with opportunities to earn up to £25,660. There is heavily subsidised live-in (hi-spec self-contained flat) available and other great benefits that include a fantastic training and development program.
You are experienced in fine dining with a professional and enthusiastic attitude. You are also passionate about delivering the highest of standards to create a unique dining experience. You are a confident team leader with excellent communication skills. Your organisation and communication skills, commitment, passion and leadership skills make you a strong Food and Beverage Manager.
You’ll be managing and co-ordinating all food service delivery at the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant.
Responsibilities include:

Managing the service delivery off all food and drink at the restaurant
Stock control
Staff rotas
Performance managing each member of your team
Take Duty Manager responsibility for the hotel as required
Induct and train all members of the team so that they are confident and competent
Hosting and co-ordinating professional food service and knowledge


Good understanding of 5-star service
Food and Beverage Knowledge
12 month’s experience
