Front Office Manager

This is a fabulous opportunity to develop your career as Front Office Manager within this stunning Hotel based within a beautiful setting in East Lothian. You will be joining a friendly, supportive team, reporting directly to the Hotel Manager.
This is a responsible role as you will form part of the management team of the Hotel and you will attend weekly management meetings to represnt the front office team. You will manage the reception team and night reception team and you will have a "lead from the front" attitude to your work. You will be operationally involved with checking guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate billing, collating guest feedback and dealing with specific guest enquiries or complaints. You will compile the front office team rotas and support your team with training and advice. 
This is a guest facing role that requires someone with a good standard of presentation, an excellent communicator with a passion for guest experience and an effective organiser. You will be experienced in a similar role and have an ambition to join a team in which you can progress your career.
