The Operation…
Located in a beautiful and breathtaking area of Scotland, this hotel is ideal for somebody who likes exploring Scotland’s countryside and enjoys being away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The property is large in size but huge in terms of standards and guest service. Multi-award winning for both F&B and accommodation, it continues to go from strength to strength.

The Job and You!
You will report directly to the Area Manager and Directors, with key responsibilities including:-
·Oversee the smooth, day-to-day operation of the property including F&B and Guest Services & leisure services
·Be the public face of the operation and be accessible to guests,
·Recruitment, training and development of staff,
·Meet and exceed targets set by Directors.

Very much a hands-on, proactive role, definitely not for a desk jockey! The role would be ideal for an experienced General Manager or Operations Manager looking to take the next step in their career with an award-winning company.
To be considered, candidates should have a background in managing a large hotel or resort, ideally, red star or rosette awarded.
Due to the idyllic yet rural location of the property, candidates would be advised to have access to their own transport.
