The Operation…
Located in a beautiful and breath-taking area of Scotland, this hotel is ideal for somebody who likes exploring Scotland’s countryside but at the same time Is not so far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The property is boutique in size (23 rooms) but huge in terms of standards and guest experience.  Multi-award winning for both F&B and accommodation, it continues to go from strength to strength and has becomes synonymous with the luxury 5* Scottish Market.
The Job and You!
You will report directly to senior management and directors of the company, with key responsibilities which include: -
·         Overseeing the smooth, day-to-day operation of the property including F&B and Guest Services,
·         Be the public face of the operation and be accessible to guests,
·         Recruitment, training and development of staff,
·         Meet and exceed targets set by directors.
Very much a hands-on, proactive role, not for the desk jockey! The role would be ideal for an ambitious Deputy GM, Operations Manager or F&B Manager, looking to take the next step in their career, or an existing General Manager looking to continue their career in an outstanding property.
To be considered, candidates should have a background in small, boutique properties, ideally red star and rosette awarded.
Due to the idyllic yet rural location of property, candidates would be advised to have access to their own transport. For those relocating, accommodation is available.
