Stafffinders are recruiting on behalf of our multi-award winning client for an experienced and quality focused Head Chef.
The role will allow the Head Chef the scope to use their creative talents as the Hotel looks to further the accolades already awarded to the kitchen. 
The responsibilities of the role include; 
·         Training and sharing responsibility with the Sous Chef for the entire kitchen department, menu planning, staff training and recruiting.
·         Ensure that all dishes are prepared with attention to detail and to the highest standard ensuring company spec is met at all times.
·         Manage the kitchen brigade, motivate the team and share knowledge, training and developing chefs within the team.
To be considered, candidates must be passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to guests. You must be organised, a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
Similar quality hotel experience is required within a Sous Chef or Head Chef role in a high quality establishment.
The position offers a highly competitive salary & benefits including accommodation.
Due to the location of the hotel, the role may suit an individual with access to their own transport.
