Stafffinders are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef…
Our client who are recognised UK wide for providing luxury getaways from the North of Scotland to the South of England. Each one of their expansive hotels offer the very highest quality and service all with their own individual charm and character.
As Head Chef you will take over the day to day running of their rosette awarded restaurant which is open for dinner service only Monday to Saturday and Sunday lunch too. This 4* hotel does also cater for small weddings, but the emphasis is very much on maintaining and improving the restaurant offering. Within the hotel there is also a relaxed and informal pub which offers light lunches and bar snacks 7 days a week.
To be considered for this role you must have the following…

Previous experience as a Head Chef in a Rosette awarded kitchen.
Proven track record of managing, developing and inspiring a team of chefs.
Be able to work proficiently with online ordering and kitchen systems.
A genuine passion for creating and delivering great food in a fast paced and dynamic kitchen.
A hands-on approach and keen interest in all areas of the business.
