Our client who are recognised UK wide for providing luxury getaways from the North of Scotland to the South of England. Each one of their expansive hotels offer the very highest quality and service all with their own individual charm and character.
The restaurant which is situated within a stunning 4* boutique hotel is located roughly 10miles from Oxford, they also have an informal and relaxed lounge where guests can go for pre-dinner drinks and bar snacks.
This role would possibly suit a very experienced Sous Chef looking to make their first steps into a Head Chef position, based in their 2 AA Rosette kitchen you will ideally come from a similar background and feel comfortable working to such standards.
To be considered for this role you must have the following…

Be confident working in a fine dining environment working with locally sourced produce to create and deliver exceptional dishes.
A proven track record of maintaining and improving GP’s, control over budgets and ordering.
Be able to work proficiently with online ordering and kitchen systems.
A history of inspiring and developing a team of chefs to raise the whole standard of the food offering.
