The Head Chef position I am recruiting for is unique. If you’re used to high volume, fast paced environments and love the buzz of a busy service, then this might be the perfect job for you.  
My client is based on the outskirts of Edinburgh. This role comes with:

A competitive salary (£27,000 - £32,000) depending on experience
Generous holiday entitlement
Every second weekend off

The ideal candidate is a natural born leader. A chef with a positive approach, calm under pressure and mentoring qualities. A background in banqueting and/or large-scale catering events is advantageous. You will be working closely with the Restaurant Manager in managing the kitchen, stock control, health & safety, food hygiene, managing budgets, basically all the boring stuff.
