Stafffinders are looking to find a highly talented Head Pastry Chef to work their magic at a top hotel in the Central Belt.

The Role
 
First thing on the menu is sticky toffee pudding.....only joking. No, in here, it's all about class. Immaculate presentation, clever flavour combinations, imaginative plating, all fresh food with a footing in the French classics.
 
You will need to have experienced what it's like at the highest levels of pastry, making all bread in-house, wedding cakes, afternoon teas and stunning plated masterpieces to dazzle and delight the discerning clientele, who expect something magical, so you'll need to be on point, every single service.
 
You’ll need to have great time & people management skills, an eye for detail and a real love for the art of pastry. You should have a full working knowledge of all relevant Health & Safety guidelines & be able to work well under pressure.
 
How to Apply
 
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience working in a 5 star or multi-rosette/Michelin Star establishment, ideally for a minimum of 3 years. Please send a current copy of your CV for consideration.
