Stafffinders are delighted to be working in partnership with one Inverness’ premier luxury hotels, to recruit an ambitious and guest focused Front of House Duty Manager.

Located in the heart of Inverness, the hotel is a gorgeous, modern hotel that stands apart in terms of quality. The team have won several awards for the level of service on offer & continue to strive for more.
The Job
As Front of House Duty Manager, you will report directly to the Hotel General Manager and your focus will be on F&B and guest services. Client satisfaction is paramount, with staff development and mentoring also vital, to both meet and exceed the guest expectations.
This is very much a hands-on, customer-focused job & is not for someone looking to be office bound.
About You
The role would be ideal for an ambitious Supervisor or Head of Department, looking to take the next step in their career and continue their learning and development. Existing Assistant, Front of House and Duty Managers will very much be considered also. Ideally, candidates should have 4-star plus experience, with a passion for high-quality food & beverage.
