Excellent opportunity for an experienced and charismatic Receptionist. Our client- 3 Star Hotel is in the central area of Edinburgh and is known for its impeccable customer orientated service.
About the role:

          welcome and check in/out all guests 
          ensure all reservations are handled efficiently and professionally 
          manage all telephone and face to face enquiries
          communicate specific guest requirements to the appropriate team
          build rapport with all guests 

If you…

          have minimum 12 months receptionist/ front desk experience
          have positive attitude 
          are self motivated and well organised
          are guest- oriented and service minded
          are excellent interpersonal skill
          are diplomatic and self -controlled
          are a team player
