Hotel Receptionist

Stafffinders are looking for a stand out Receptionist for a 3* hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. If you’re a professional with extensive hotel reception experience and excellent interpersonal skills- THIS MIGHT BE YOUR DAY!
About you…
·Have previous hotel reception experience
·Have a welcoming personality and impeccable appearance
·Confident and passionate when interacting with customers face to face and over the phone
·Able to multi-task and work under pressure
·Have good PC skills
·Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
·Comfortable working early/late shifts
·Are a mind-reader able to anticipate customer needs before they ask
Key responsibilities…
·Daily reception duties such as check-in/out, taking reservations and billing guests
·Follow companies’ procedures to maintain high customer service standards
·Taking and resolving various guest inquiries
