Hotel Receptionist

An excellent opportunity has risen to join a well-established team as a Hotel Receptionist within this prestigious establishment in Stirlingshire. With stunning views and Lochside scenery, it is a beautiful location in Scotland to work.
 
Some of the main duties involved are:
 

Responsibility for meeting and greeting all hotel guests.
Strong customer service and communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with the guests, answering general guest inquiries and reception calls. A polite, professional manor is essential.
You will also be responsible for, checking in and out all guests.
Knowledge of Opera System is essential.
Experience in a similar role is necessary, as the opportunity to start immediately is available. 

 
As you will be working a mix of early and late shifts, you will be offered staff accommodation for your assignment.
Additionally, you will be working alongside an experienced General Manager, who is happy to offer training and support.
 
Due to the location, it is preferred that you have your own transport and full clean driving licence.
