The Job and You...
You will lead a small but talented team to deliver 5-star service in an informal and relaxed environment. You should be energetic and enthusiastic, have excellent leadership qualities, high standards of customer service and a positive attitude and method of working. This will allow you to create an outstanding environment for your team to learn, develop and enjoy coming to work every day. You should also have passion and pride for the products your guests receive, whether it be a homemade Venison Burger or an 18-year Speyside Malt!
To be considered for the position of Inn Manager, you should be able to demonstrate a strong background in high-quality F&B operations.  The role would be ideal for an existing Duty Manager or Head of Department, as full support is provided by the owners and company Operations Manager.
Due to the location of the property, it may suit an individual with access to their own transport.
