Stafffinders are on the lookout for a talented and passionate Jnr Sous Chef…
My client who is known throughout the country for it’s fine dining seafood experience is looking to add to their well established and career focused team of chefs. Your role as Jnr Sous will be a vital one, you’ll be there to run your own section smoothly and make sure all Mise en Place is there for both busy lunch and dinner services however you’ll also look to support both the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, from helping with ordering and paperwork to teaching and passing on your knowledge to more junior members of the team.
Ideally, you’ll be able to tick the boxes below…

Prove track record of working in a fine dining establishment.
Come from a seafood background where you can demonstrate the correct working procedures whilst using fish and shellfish
A real passion for working with local and seasonal produce
A creative mind for developing and implementing new ideas towards menu planning
A career driven chef who is looking to really make a name for themselves in the area and wider industry
