Stafffinders are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Scotland’s most prestigious brands. Our client is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to work in their fast paced and hugely successful restaurant. The successful candidate must be fully competent in each area of the kitchen.
 
The role will involve preparation of various ingredients around the kitchen and setting up a corner in a timely manner and sharing your experience with junior chefs in the brigade. The hotel prides itself in using only the freshest ingredients to provide guests a remarkable dining experience, showcasing the very best local produce.
 
The job will involve working alongside the current brigade, taking responsibility for  the kitchen when the Head Chef & Sous Chef are not present. The successful chef must be able to work well as part of a team and on their own initiative. This would suit someone who is currently in a Junior Sous role or someone with 3 years experience in a Chef de Partie role who is looking to step up. This would also suit someone with a background working in branded restaurants.
 
The job provides a great salary of £23,400pa and fantastic tips!
