The Job
Stafffinders are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the Scottish Highlands most incredible establishments. The hotel is based in a stunning part of Argyll & Bute & requires a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to join the current team, with the intention of pushing for a Michelin Star.

You will be working under a Head Chef who is a rare breed, a true foodie who is always looking to achieve perfection. The Head Chef believes in using the freshest ingredients, best produce and livestock and you'll get to work with the best quality ingredients in this position. He is a great guy to work with who will endeavour to make you the best chef you can be.
You'll also be working with local producers throughout Argyll to ensure that all ingredients are of top standard.
In return, you will be expected to give 100% every shift and show that you love what you do. A happy chef equals happy customers.
What You’ll Need
You will need to have a background in a high-quality hotel or restaurant - 2 Rosette plus - at Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level and have been in your position for at least 2 years. You should have a sound understanding of all relevant Health & Safety criteria and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
This position is based in a fairly remote part of Argyll & may be more suited to someone who can drive & has access to their own transport.
