The Job and You...
You will report directly to the Group Operations Manager and Directors. Key requirements include;-

All-around industry knowledge and experience of hospitality operations including reception, kitchen and housekeeping
Background of financials such as GP’s and P&L’s
Experience working to KPI’s and targets
Skills in recruitment, training, development and motivation
Awareness of Health & Safety compliance and legislation

You will be responsible for inspiring a full and diverse team including duty managers, supervisors and front of house staff, so first class communication skills and the ability to delegate efficiently is essential.
To be considered for this terrific opportunity, you should be able to demonstrate a strong and stable management background within the hospitality sector, whether that be hotels or self-catering accommodation.
The role offers a highly competitive salary along with great company benefits.  Accommodation can be provided on-site, for anyone relocating to the area.  Shifts are 5/7 days, 40 hours per week (or business dependant) and includes weekends and evenings.
*Due to the nature of the role, candidates may occasionally have to travel to other properties, so a full and relevant driving licence is essential.
