Stafffinders are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie for a fine dining hotel restaurant in a stunning loch view location in Argyll. This restaurant has a deserved reputation as one of the best in the area and is a marvellous place to learn new skills, show your talents & push your boundaries.

The Position
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be working with local produce where possible, and not so local as well (Scotland doesn’t have the best climate for growing Cocoa). You’ll be working with seasonal produce and developing the menus as the season goes on.
About You
You should have a passion for fine dining and preferably on the Pastry section, and generally be able to hold your own on a busy Pastry section. You should have a working knowledge of what’s in season and a great underpinning knowledge on Pastry. You should be driven, focused and determined to push on in your career. Previous experience in a Rosette awarded kitchen would be a great advantage, but people with the right skill-set and attitude will also be considered.
