Stafffinders are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Scotland’s premier luxury hotels for an experienced, high achieving Pastry Chef. Nestled in the glens, lochs and mountains, this wonderful hotel provides guests with a serene atmosphere and customer focused impeccable service.
The role will involve preparation of bread, pastries, afternoon teas and high end plated desserts. The hotel prides itself on using locally sourced ingredients to provide guests with the best possible experience with desserts providing the final masterpiece of a remarkable dining experience.
The job will involve working alongside the current pastry chef and forming an incredible dynamic to produce the best food possible work towards further accolades.
There is a big emphasis on creativity within this role. A minimum of 2 years experience in at least a 2/3 rosette kitchen would be required for this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-quality hotel or restaurant. The job provides a highly competitive salary, en-suite accommodation, meals on duty and gratuities. The ideal candidate is expected to have a full knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH and qualified to at least S/NVQ level 2.
