Stafffinders are looking for a fantastic Restaurant Manager for a top restaurant in Stirlingshire. The restaurant proudly holds 3AA Rosettes and is looking for someone who has worked to this standard before, someone who is excellent with people and can deliver truly memorable service.
The Restaurant
The restaurant is an intimate setting maintaining plenty of its original features.
The hotel is extremely popular for weddings, due to the stunning grounds its set in along with the backdrop of Stirlingshire hills and the proximity of the hotel to Glasgow, Stirling & Perth.
About You
You’ll already have run high-quality restaurants before, so there will be the usual planning menus, service, rotas etc with some staff training thrown in for good measure.
You should be meticulously neat & organised behind the scenes and exude professionalism and elegance in front of guests, leading your team by example.
You should run this restaurant like it was your own, so things like liaising with the Head Chef and the Owner should be done regularly to ensure everyone is on the same page.
You should have previous experience in a Three Rosette restaurant in either a Restaurant Management role or similar position.
The Job
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be taking responsibility for the restaurant and how it is perceived by both staff and customers alike. The hotel has other restaurants within it, but this should set the standards.
You will oversee orders, service and cleanliness. You should be heavily involved in service, organising the team to ensure every guest is loving every course, with a level of service that many aspire to few attain.
This is a 7 day a week operation, with a 45-50 hour working week over 4 and a half days, there will be plenty of time for relaxing away from work.
The Benefits
The Restaurant Manager job comes with a salary between £24,000 & £25,000 per annum.
