Salary of 21k per annum plus around £1600 annually tips on top of that.

Ideally, you have been working in a fine dining establishment (Rossette, Michelin, and genuine high-end places that care about their food and don't chase awards). You have a genuine passion for making customer's experience memorable and strive in a pressure. You have an immaculate presentation, good management skills and experience of leading team towards a common goal.
My client would consider a strong candidate that would like to step up from their current role - if you are a confident waiter with some ambition - send your CV through.
Ideally, you live in the East Lothian (North Berwick, Musselburgh, Gullane etc) area, or own a car. I don't think this role would be suitable for someone who wants to commute from Edinburgh by public transport.
