Rosette level CDP

CDP Required for Multi-Rosette Level Venue.
Must have previous experience at the rosette level within kitchens and thrive with the challenge, this can bring. This is an immediately available role and is temporary on an ongoing basis. The client is well-established within the luxury hotel market and would be a great learning curve for a chef looking to elevate themselves to the next level.
Main Responsibilities:-
·Work collaboratively within an experienced team
·Prepare, assemble and cook all of the menu dishes, along with the Head Chef and Second Chef
·Cover Breakfast shifts as required
·Assist in cleaning the kitchen and being jointly responsible for retaining our 5-star Hygiene rating
·Approach the job with professionalism ensuring excellent service for customers
Required Profile:-
·Be creative and passionate about food
·Ability to introduce new and imaginative ideas
·Be a Team player
·Preferably some experience in producing food to a suitable quality, reflecting the established food awards

The remuneration for this role is £12.75 - £13.50p/h DOE which is payable weekly!
