Seeking a Temporary Junior Sous Chef at Rosette Level
£13.50P/H, live in included and weekly pay.
Currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to work at a multi-rosette level venue within Ayrshire. This is a great opportunity for those who thrive in a fine-dining kitchen. This is a perfect opportunity to work in a well-respected venue in the industry and allows you to assist with more junior members of the brigade. This role will involve you working your own section and taking the reigns when the Sous and Head Chefs are off. You will assist with ordering and menu planning.
What we need from you:

Experience in two rosette level kitchens and above
Competent CDP looking for their step-up (2 years experience minimum)
Valid food hygiene certificate
Understanding of HACCP and COSHH procedures
Comfortable with stock rotation
Updated CV
Proof of right to work in the UK
