Stafffinders are looking for a talented Senior Chef de Partie or a young and aspiring Junior Sous! 
Our client is a well established 4 Golden Stars Hotel in a stunning location just outside of Edinburgh. We are looking for a very strong Chef de Partie/Junior Sous to join their hardworking and dynamic kitchen team. 
As Chef de Partie you’ll have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a fine dining environment and be confident working and running your own section during both prep time and during service.
You will be excited about working both on banqueting as well as on the tasting menu!
