Every restaurant is looking for an "ambitious" chef, with flair and creativity....we aren't. We are looking for a chef who dreams of one day having their very own restaurant, who wants to learn as much as possible and who lives by the mantra - if it’s not perfect, it doesn't leave the kitchen.
We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who is looking to take on a fresh challenge, working with all fresh produce to make unbelievably good food. You'll be working with some brilliant chefs in a supportive kitchen, where hard work is rewarded.
The Benefits
A salary between 17-19k per annum for Senior Chef de Partie & 19-21k for Junior Sous

The Role
Set in Inverness, the restaurant is heading towards the pinnacle of Scottish dining, providing guests with an ethereal eating experience using the very freshest produce to create stunning dishes.
You will be a key member of the team. You'll be working with the other chefs to train the junior chefs in the brigade, to keep the customers happy and learn something new every day.
This is an opportunity for a Chef who is looking to join a strong team, be willing to learn and fulfil their potential as the brigade pushes for further accolades. 
The ideal chef is should have full knowledge and understanding of all relevant Health & Safety criteria.
How to Apply
