Staffinders are looking for a hard working Sous Chef who wants to mature in fantastic 2 AA rosette fine dinning kitchen. There is now space for a Sous Chef to join the team and take the restaurant to the next level. This role would suit a Sous Chef or strong CDP with a background in rosette cooking standards. However, a Sous Chef from a fresh food restaurant or hotel who is career driven and has a great positive attitude will also be considered.The Venue:

Fine dining restaurant
Investment starting this year and on going
Pushing for 3 AA Rosettes
Restaurant has own organic kitchen garden
Everything made in-house; breads, chocolates, butter 
Closed 2 days per week, same days off and team of chefs
Fine dining only, 35 covers

The Role:

Sous Chef
Working closely with Head Chef
Training and developing the team
Stock control and ordering
Proactive and hands on

The Benefits:

£25,000 to £30,000 salary p.a. plus tips
Closed 2 days a week and 2 week in summer and winter
28 days holiday
