Are you an experienced Sous Chef who wants to break the cycle and find a better work life balance? If you answered yes, keep reading.
Stafffinders are currently recruiting for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join the team at one of Scotland’s top tourist attractions. The job which is a fixed term 3-month contract until the end of August with a pro rata salary of £23,700 per annum will provide the candidate with a chance to step away from the usual industry standard split shifts and 14-hour days. You’ll work 9-5, yes you heard, 9-5!! On a rolling rota of 4 days on 2 off.
Ideally the candidate will be able to demonstrate working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work well under pressure. You don’t need to be a pastry wizard but some experience in this area would be advantageous. Previous experience of working with suppliers and placing orders would also be great.
