Stafffinders are recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef…
Our client who are recognised UK wide for providing luxury getaways from the North of Scotland to the South of England. Each one of their expansive hotels offer the very highest quality and service all with their own individual charm and character.
As Sous Chef you will help over the day to day running of their rosette awarded restaurant, which is open for dinner service only, Monday to Saturday and Sunday lunch too. This 4* hotel does also cater for small weddings, but the emphasis is very much on maintaining and improving the restaurant offering. Within the hotel there is also a relaxed and informal pub which offers light lunches and bar snacks 7 days a week.
To be considered for this role you should have the following…

Considerable experience as Sous Chef in a Rosette awarded kitchen.
Proven track record of working to GP’s and Health and Safety standards.
A hands-on approach to leading and developing a team of chefs.
Be proficient using online ordering and general kitchen systems.
