Hello Chefs!
Are you an experienced Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up? Are you looking for a new challenge? You are? Then read on! I am recruiting on behalf of my client for a Sous Chef for a hotel in Edinburgh City Centre.
My client would like applicants with the following experience:

Chefs with 4 or 5 star hotel experience
Comfortable stepping up in the absence of the Head Chef
Positive in their approach, have leadership skills and are calm under pressure.
Banqueting experience is advantageous.
Flexibility with shift patterns
Comfortable working with a standardised menu
Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
Standards driven and well organised
Up to date knowledge on EHO requirements, food safety and hygiene standards
A strong communicator and motivator of the team
